Refund & Exchange Policy - Luka
At Luka, we strive to ensure you love your purchase. However, if you need to request a refund or exchange, please review our policy below:
Refunds & Exchanges on Delivery Only
Refunds and exchanges are only accepted at the time of delivery when receiving your order.
If you are not satisfied with your item, you must inform the delivery agent immediately. Once the package is accepted, no refunds or exchanges will be processed.
Condition of Items
Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition with the Luka tag still attached to be eligible for a refund or exchange. Items that show signs of wear, damage, or have the tag removed will not be eligible for a return or exchange.
Refund Process
If you request a refund at delivery, the amount will be returned immediately to you.
Once the order is accepted, refunds are no longer possible.
Exchange Process
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, this must be done at the time of delivery.
Exchanges are subject to product availability.
Non-Refundable & Non-Exchangeable Items :
